The Northwest Region Royal Rangers Conference (CONNECT24) is right around the corner and we are so excited to be able to come together with you for an awesome time of fellowship, relationship building and training. You will not want to miss this incredible conference!
Our theme this year is LEVEL UP. This conference is for ALL Royal Ranger Leaders. All of the sessions this year are geared to help you in your local outpost. No matter what area you serve in Royal Rangers, this is where we should be focusing our efforts, as this is our mission and calling… to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders. Our hope is that this exciting weekend will add more knowledge and skills to your toolbox to help you reach more boys than ever, more effectively than ever!
We will not be doing a Regional Auction this year. In lieu of that, we will be holding a special offering for our Guest Missionary Speaker, John Wilson. If you feel led to give, you can give online (during registration or by clicking the Donations button above) or at the conference.
There will also be a Royal Ranger store at the conference that will include a lot of new product. It will be a great way for you to save on shipping.

LEGO Derby In Your Outpost
Start your engines! A Lego Derby might sound similar to a Ranger Derby but this alternative speaks to the racers that might not like woodworking. Lego Derby provides fun, flexible and easy to modify cars that boys love to build and race. In this exhilarating session, you will join in building and racing Lego Derby cars while learning tips and tricks on ways to use Lego Derby in your outpost.

Are the boys in your outpost getting tired of the same few activities for recreation (ie: dodgeball, basketball, etc)? Are you ready to change it up with some new, exciting options? If so, join us for this active session where you will come away with alternative recreation options that the boys in your outpost are sure to love.
Science & Technology In Your Outpost
Technology is the language that many of our boys speak in this current day. Does this scare you or do you think that you'll never learn this new "language"? If this is you, join us for this hands-on session where you will learn to bridge the gap along with exciting ways to include science and technology in your outpost.

Camping, Backpacking and Canoeing have long been favorites in Royal Rangers. In this immersive session, you will be inspired with fresh, new ideas on how to incorporate outdoor activities in your outpost.
Arts & Culture In Your Outpost
Are you looking to add a new dimension to the types of activities you offer in your outpost? In this creative session, you will learn how to incorporate activities such as art, music, drama and history in to your outpost.
Trade Skills In Your Outpost
Trade Skills are activities that often involve physical skills or those that may lead to an occupation. In this engaging session, you will learn how to incorporate teaching a variety of trade skills such as carpentry and auto mechanics in your outpost.
